1. What can I expect for shipping?

Currently we only ship within the United States including the territories.
Shipping prices of each single item is listed below. If you purchase more than 1 item, the highest single item ship price is used and $1 is added for each additional item. So it saves you money in shipping to buy more than one thing!

2. Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we do not, but if you are interested please send us an email at [email protected] and we will see what we can do for you!

3. What craft shows will you be at?

Follow us on instagram or facebook @midasglowcandleco for updates on vendor shows we will be at. We'd love to see you there and always have a special deal or vendor show only products that you won't see online. 

4. Do you make wedding or party favors?

Yes we do and its completely customizable! Also we don't charge more for weddings because that is just rude.

    a. You can choose from our vessels or discuss one you had in mind.

    b. Add your wedding or event logo to the vessel

    c. Curate your own signature scent with our help or choose one of ours.

    d. Pick colors to match your theme or go with the classics

    e. Choose the specific flowers or succulents you love.

At the most basic, they are $12 each for 12 of our 8oz gold tin with a current Midas Glow design & scent, $144 total. Prices vary based on number of customizations and the size of the order.

5. Best practices for Candle Care

    a. Burn your candle long enough that you have a full melt pool extending to the edge of the container to avoid tunneling. Rule of thumb is 1hr for each inch of diameter of the vessel. 

    b. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps avoid soot and helps the candle burn longer, cleaner, and evenly.

    c. Don't burn longer that 4 hrs. This can cause smoking and over heating of your vessel.

    d. Don't burn your candle all the way down. Leave about 1/2 inch on the bottom to avoid overheating your container. If you want to use that last bit of wax, place on a mug warmer instead of burning.

6. Return Policy
In the case your shipment arrives damaged, please send photos and your order number to [email protected] within 30days

After confirmation we will work with you on how best to address the damaged goods.
In all other cases sales are final.
